Educator and Children’s Author, Rhonda-Kay Gatlin, Continues to Inspire Through Literature and Education
Rhonda-Kay Gatlin, a beloved figure in education and literature, has devoted her life to nurturing children through teaching and storytelling. Born in Tampa, Florida, and raised across the southern states, her journey has been deeply rooted in the traditions and values of the American South.
After earning her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University and a Master’s in Literary Arts/Storytelling from Lesley College, Rhonda-Kay settled in Boulder City, Nevada, with her husband, Chris, since 1989. Despite the miles, her heart remains in Alabama, where she cherishes frequent visits with her son, grandson, and granddaughter.
